Introduction of SD46-600 steel deck

SD46-600 is the most popular low-rib closed plate type in China, which is often used for thin floor slabs and flexible roofs. Due to its closed feature, it is used as steel floor deck when used in thin composite floors.

The standard profile contains 3 ribs and is 46 mm high,is 600 mm wide with opposing male and female edges, creating an interlocking side lap when install. We can provide raw materials with thickness of 18-22 gauge, and galvanized sheet of 120g/m²–275g/m², or color-coated sheet available.

SD46-600 is a closed plate with high load capacity and a flat bottom surface for a beautiful effect. The steel plate can be painted in various colors. It can also create a very beautiful effect in certain cases where the ceiling decoration is not too demanding.
