Solideck signed the steel deck contract for the Macau Waste Incineration Center

Recently, Solideck signed the steel deck contract for the third phase expansion of the Macau Waste Incineration Center.

The contract covers an area of about 3,000 square meters for SD51-750 steel decks and 2,000 square meters for SD76-690 steel decks. The steel decks are made of 1.2mm galvanized steel sheets with a yield strength of 345Mpa and double-sided galvanized weight of 275g/m².

SD51-750 steel deck is currently more popular, and it is also used in the T3 terminal of Dhaka Airport in Bangladesh and the US project. This steel deck type is often selected by structural designers, SD51-750, as a form decking, is easy to install and cheap, and it is the enduring type of Solideck.

The SD76-690 steel deck will also be used in the Macau Black Box Theater in December 2022. This plate type can be used as a composite floor slab or as a form decking, which can give more room for design choices.

Solideck has been making its own contribution to the construction of Macau. From the earliest Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Passenger Clearance Building, to South Extension Project of Macau Airport, The Air Corridor of Avenida Kimaras, Taipa, Macau to Macau Waste Incineration Center, Solideck has won the recognition and affirmation of the construction unit in Macau.
